Career & Parenthood - Group Coaching I (K02-25)
Verfügbarkeit - Anmeldung möglich
We have all been given useful advice, we’ve read the books or watched the TED talks. We understand, at least in theory, that we might be able to prioritise our well-being more and navigate the juggle of parenthood and our careers better. But in practice it gets a little more complicated. The reality is: “the learning is in the doing”.
Through these group coaching sessions, we take the time to explore what tools we would like to concretely put into practice and explore the barriers that come up along the way. The cohort allows for likeminded academic parents to explore alternative solutions together and to normalize the challenges that we all face in this space. A chance to share this journey with your colleagues and practice navigating the academic parenting juggle in a way that lightens your mental load.
Only participants of the Food for Thought “Career & Parenthood” can attend the group coaching sessions.
There is another group coaching happening on 31 May and 14 June 2023. If you prefer these dates or this group is already full you can register here for the other group.
