The two-day Advanced Design Thinking course extends the skills acquired in the basic course. The first day focuses on creating and applying detailed personas to understand target audiences deeply and mapping comprehensive customer journeys to identify optimization opportunities. The second day introduces among other creativity methods De Bono's Provocation technique to boost creative problem-solving by breaking norms and generating innovative ideas. Through practical exercises and group work, you'll immediately apply these techniques and discover how provocation leads to effective solutions.
Preparation: We want to convey design thinking learning by doing. Thus, we teach all methods along the design thinking process. A design thinking process starts with a challenge. Maybe you have a challenge that is not to technical or complex but open enough to allow for creative solutions. You can use this link to hand in the challenge.
Important: This workshop can be credited to „Learn to Lead – Mindset Leadership“ in the competency area „Creating Change – Agility and Innovation in Change” as well as for the certificate “Research Management – Developing Potential, Shaping the Future” in the area “Navigate the Path – Steering Strategically, Reaching Goals”.
