Feedback is a powerful tool for effective team communication. It creates clarity, motivates, and helps to initiate change processes. In this workshop, you will learn what you can achieve with feedback, understand the opportunities and challenges of both critical and positive feedback, and receive practical tips on how to give constructive feedback yourself
The workshop consists of a 2-hour interactive impulse workshop, with an optional individual 15-minute short coaching session available.
- After the workshop, you will be able to:
- Initiate positive change processes through feedback
- Address sensitive topics respectfully
- Apply appreciative feedback in your daily work

Friederike Holm
Friederike Holm ist, studierte Kulturwissenschaftlerin (Magistra Artium) und Musikvermittlerin (Master of Music), sowie ausgebildete Moderatorin. Sie ist seit über zehn Jahren als Trainerin, Coach und Moderatorin tätig. Schwerpunkte u.a.: Selbstführung, Kommunikation, Auftritt & Wirkung.
